History

After World War II, an entrepreneurial family, the Fultons, started a logging and sawmill business called Fulton Brothers Lumber. In time, the Fultons acquired timberland of their own, along with dry kilns, and began to sell their products to flooring manufacturers, cabinet makers, wholesale distributers, and a whole new range of other customers. In the 1970s, Judd Fulton’s sons, Larry and Steve, came to work for Fulton Brothers. In 1985, they assumed ownership of the mill, renaming it Fulton Forest Products. Today Steve and his son, Ian, are managing and growing the company to supply quality forest products for their customers.
